Fourth Committee Hears Petitioner on Portuguese Territories

The Fourth Committee (Trusteeship and Non-Self-Governing Territories) this morning heard a statement by a petitioner, representing the Frente de Libertanao de Mozambique (FRELIMO) or the Mozambique Liberation Front, on the question of Territories under Portuguese administration. The petitioner then responded to questions raised by members. The Committee also decided to grant a request from a petitioner, the Reverend G. Michael Scott, to be heard on the question of Southern Rhodesia.
