Draft of Universal Declaration of Human Rights Adopted by General Assembly
At the Palais de Chaillot, Andrei Vyshinsky (USSR) addresses the Third Session of the General Assembly on the Declaration of Human Rights. Mr. Vyshinsky said that the present Declaration was ""too vague"" and that a number of amendments were needed before it should be adopted.
