Mass Rally Held in Maputo on Week of Solidarity with Colonial Peoples of Southern Africa

A mass rally was held this afternoon at the Sports Pavilion of the Sporting Club of Maputo in observance of the Week of Solidarity with the Colonial Peoples of Southern Africa, Fighting for Freedom, Independence and Equal Rights. The rally took place under the auspices of the UN Special Committee of 24 on decolonization, and was attended by the delegates to the Maputo Conference in Support of the Peoples of Zimbabwe and Nambia.
