UN Force in the Congo

Dr. Ralph J. Bunche (at table, left), Personal Representative of the Secretary-General in the Congo, during a press conference held the day before his departure for UN Headquarters in New York. Dr. Bunche was to be replaced by Amb. Rajeshwar Dayal, of India, in the Congo post.
