Secretary-General Presents 2007 Human Development Award

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) presents the 2007 UNDP Mahbub ul Haq Award for Excellence in Human Development to Sheila Watt-Cloutier, Advocate on Artic Climate Change and a political leader representing indigenous communities in Canada, Alaska, Greenland and Russia and a nominee for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, at UN Headquarters in New York.
