UN Concert Marks Human Rights Day

9 December 1959

The 11th anniversary of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was marked in the United Nations by a concert held in the General Assembly Hall on 9 December 1959 at 8:45 pm, which was broadcast all over the world.
