Secretary-General Greets President of the Federal Republic of Germany

Secretary-General Javier Perez de Cuellar (right) greeting President Karl Carstens of the Federal Republic of Germany in the lobby of the Secretariat Building this morning. The two then conferred on such matters as disarmament and Central America. President Carstens was visiting the United Nations to
address the General Assembly.
