Executive Board of UNICEF Elects Officers for 1964

The 30-nation Executive Board of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) met today and elected its officers for 1964.
Mrs. Zena Harman (2nd from left, at table), who was elected Chairman of the Executive Board, is seen here making a statement. At the table with her are (l. to r.): Mr. John J. Charnow (UNICEF), Secretary; Mr. Maurice Pate, Executive Director of UNICEF; and Mrs. Adelaide Sinclair, Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF.
