Refugees receiving training in the auto-mechanics workshop of the Vocational Training Centre in wadi Seer. UNRWA's efforts to assist Palestine refugees to become self-supporting are focused on vocational training. By 1963 the Agency hopes to graduate 2,500 students annually in over 20 trade and professional courses.
