UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)

Trainees of the plumbing workshop of the UNRWA Vocational Training Centre at Wadi Seer in Jordan. UNRWA's efforts to assist Palestine refugees to become self-supporting are focused on vocational training. By 1963 the Agency hopes to graduate 2,500 students annually in over 20 trade and professional courses.
