ECAFE Opens Fourth Session in Australia

Australian Governor-General McKell opens the Fourth Session of the Economic Commission for Asia and the Far East (ECAFE), at Lapstone. Seated at right are: Commission Chairman Sao Hkum Hkio, the Sawbwa of Mongmit, and Executive Secretary, Dr. P.S. Lokanathan.
