Raymond Sommereyns, Director of the Outreach Division, Department of Public Information, opens the concert of the cross-cultural West-Eastern Divan Orchestra, in honour of the Secretary-General Kofi Annan, and in support of the Alliance of Civilizations, at UN Headquarters in New York.
