Refugee women making "sage" bread at the Mia-Mia Camp near Sidon, Lebanon. The bread, which requires special processing, is baked over a convax-shaped iron shell, heated by fire, called a "sage", from which the name "Sage Bread" is derived. More than 900 refugees live in tents at Mia-Mia, while the remainder of the population of approximately 2300 live in barracks.
