Intergovernmental Conference on the Global Compact for Migration

Omar Hilale, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United Nations, makes remarks during the opening ceremony of the Intergovernmental Conference to Adopt the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration.
The Conference, taking place in Marrakech, Morocco, 10-11 December, was convened under the auspices of the United Nations General Assembly.
