During today's plenary meeting of the Assembly, the delegation of Ecuador can be seen headed by Mr. Carlos Tobar-Zaldumbide, Minister for External Relations. Also seen are Dr. Jose A. Correa (center), Permanent Representative to the UN; and Dr. Antonio Parra-Velasco (right).
