General Assembly Establishes Special Development Fund

In a new co-operative endeavor to pool their resources in support of common objectives, the General Assembly, without dissent, today adopted a resolution recommended by its Second Committee spelling out in detail the administrative and operational machinery of the Special Fund which will aid the technical, economic and social development of less developed countries.
