70th Anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Michelle Bachelet, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, addresses the high-level event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The event took place in Marrakech, Morocco, on the sidelines of the Intergovernmental Conference on the Global Compact for Migration.
