New Permanent Representative of the USSR Presents Credentials

Ambassador Nikolai Trofimovich Fedorenko (right), the new Permanent Representative of the Soviet Union to the United Nations, is seen as he presented his credentials to Secretary-General U Thant this morning. He succeeds Ambassador Valerian Aleksandrovich Zorin, who has returned to the USSR.
