United Nations Transitional Force in Cambodia

Yasushi AKASHI, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Cambodia and Head of Mission (pointing), tours the Mekong Naval Base where arms are being surrendered by the forces of the Cambodian factions as Phase Two of the cease-fire begins. To the left of Mr. ASHAKI is John SANDERSON, UNTAC Force Commander, and to the right is Cambodia People Armed Forces (CPAF) General Tea BAN.
