UN Salvage Fleet Removes Tug "Edgar Bonnet"

Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold, Gen. Raymond Wheeler and other UN officials watched today as ships of the UN salvage fleet began lifting the ""Edgar Bonnet"", a 1,390-ton tug which had blocked the Suez Canal near Ismailia, some 46 miles south of Port Said.
The tug's funnel and superstructures emerge slowly. Seen in the background is a pavilion of the former French Hospital of Ismailia.
