UN Salvage Fleet Removes Tug "Edgar Bonnet"
Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold, Gen. Raymond Wheeler and other UN officials watched today as ships of the UN salvage fleet began lifting the ""Edgar Bonnet"", a 1,390-ton tug which had blocked the Suez Canal near Ismailia, some 46 miles south of Port Said.
This picture, taken toward the end of the operation, shows the 'Bonnet' afloat. Standing on the deck of one of the floating cranes is Gen. Wheeler. Overlooking the scene is one of the buildings of the former French hospital in Ismailia.
