New Zealand Signs UNIDO Constitution

Ambassador Bryce HARLAND, Permanent Representative of New Zealand to the United Nations, today signed at UN Headquarters the Constitution of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) concluded at Vienna on 8 April 1979. At right is Leila BENKIRANE, Associate Legal Officer.
