New Officer-in-Charge of ONUC Arrives in Leopoldville

Max H. Dorsinville, newly appointed Officer-in-Charge of the UN Operation in the Congo (ONUC), arrived by air in Leopoldville from New York today.
Mr. Dorsinville at the Le Royal in UN Headquarter in Leopoldville with parading UN Nigerian troops.
