UN Security Council Continues Discussion of Congo Situation

The UN Security Council met this afternoon to continue its consideration of the fourth report by the Secretary General on the situation in the Congo and of the Yugoslav request for consideration of this situation. At the close of the meeting, the President of the Council appealed to all to refrain from action that might aggravate danger in the Republic of Congo.
