Oslo Conference Discusses Aid for Victims of Colonialism and Apartheid

Ways to help the victims of colonialism and apartheid in southern Africa were discussed here this week at a major international meeting of experts organized by the United Nations and the Organization of African Unity (OAU). Statements were made by representatives of UN specialized agencies, voluntary organizations, member states, liberation movements, as well as by individual experts. Following the week-long meeting, a detailed action programme was adopted.
