World Conference on Sanctions Against South Africa

At today's inaugural session of the World Conference Sanctions Against South Africa, Secretary-General Javier Perez de Cuellar unveiled a sculpture entitled ""The Captive"" which was loaned to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization by its Indian artist Amar Nath Seghal.
