First Committee discusses Draft Treaty on Exploration and Uses of Outer Space

The First Committee (Political and Security) this morning began consideration of a 41-nation draft resolution containing the text of a ""treaty on principles governing the activities of States in the exploration and use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies"".
