UN Emergency Force (UNEF) in the Sinai Peninsula

15 January 1957

Taken in the morning of 15 January a few moments after the arrival of a UNEF contingent in the town of El Arish, a helicopter of the Canadian aircraft carrier ""Magnificent"" coming in with Maj. Gen. E. L. M. Burns, Commander of UNEF, who inspected the troops' movement and met briefly with city officials.
