Referendum Voting in DR Congo

A ballot box for the Congolese referendum, adopting a new constitution in the commune of Massina, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC) provided $444 million for the referendum which calls for a new constitution to replace the 2003 transitional constitution that ended a five year war.
