Congolese Vote on Referendum

Congolese with their voting cards wait in line to cast their ballots during the referendum in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC) provided $444 million for the referendum which calls for a new constitution to replace the 2003 transitional constitution that ended a five year war.
