President of Mexico Visits United Nations Headquarters

The president of Mexico, Luis Echeverría Álvarez, paid an official visit to United Nations Headquarters today and addressed the General Assembly at its morning meeting.
Here, the President is seen being greeted by Secretary-General U Thant inside the Delegates' Lobby. At left are the Secretary of External Relations of Mexico, Emilio O. Rabasa, and Alfonso García Robles, Permanent Representative of Mexico to the United Nations (2nd from left).
