The General Assembly met this morning to continue its general debate.
President John F. Kennedy of the United States, at the speaker's rostrum addressing the Assembly. At the presidential rostrum (from left) are: Secretary-General U Thant; Mr. Carlos Sosa-Rodriguez (Venezuela) Assembly President; and Mr. C. V. Narasimhan, Under-Secretary for General Assembly Affairs and Chef de Cabinet.
