A memorial plaque commemorates the house in southern Sweden where Dag Hammarskjold, second Secretary-General of the United Nations, was born 29 July 1905. The quotation from Hammarskjold in his own writing reads: ""Live so that in your final hour all others cry and you are the only one not to shed a tear.""
