Prime Minister of India Delivers Prebisch Lecture

Prime Minister Indira Gandhi today delivered the Raul Prebisch lecture at the sixth session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) which officially opened here June 6th. The lecture, entitled ""Peace and Development"", was one in a series of inaugurated in 1982 and named for Raul Prebisch, first Secretary-General of UNCTAD.
