Actor Michael Douglas (left), a United Nations Messenger of Peace, is presented with a children's passport version of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by Secretary-General Kofi Annan, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
