Plane Carrying Bodies of Late UN Secretary-General and Other Staff Makes Stop-Over in Geneva

A special plane carrying the bodies of the late Secretary-General, Dag Hammarskjöld, and other Staff Members who died with him while he was on a peace mission in the Congo, today landed in Geneva where special ceremonies were held.
The coffin of the Secretary-General is being taken off the plane. High-ranking UN and Swiss Officials and members of Delegations are at the bottom of the gangway.
