President Eisenhower's Visit to the United Nations

President Dwight D. Eisenhower, of the United States, came this afternoon to UN Headquarters in New York to address the General Assembly of the United Nations. The President proposed the creation of a new UN atomic energy agency, which would receive contributions of uranium from the U.S., the USSR and other countries ""principally concerned"" and would put this material to peaceful use.
