President of Bulgaria Presents Gift to United Nations

Zhelyu Zhelev (right), President of the Republic of Bulgaria, presented a portfolio of political cartoons by Bulgarian artist Ilia Beshkov to the United Nations today. The gift was accepted on behalf of the United Nations by
Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali.
