Bill Clinton, former President of the United States, who was recently appointed as United Nations Special Envoy for Tsunami Recovery by Secretary-General Kofi Annan, briefs correspondents today at UN Headquarters on the task of rebuilding people's lives in the Indian Ocean countries devastated by December's tsunami.
