Secretary-General to Open Third Conference on Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy to be Held in Geneva

Secretary-General U Thant (left), is seen before he departed from Kennedy International Airport with Mr. Ralph J. Bunche, Under-Secretary for Special Political Affairs. Behind them are Mrs. Thant and Mr. Ramses Nassif, Information Officer. Secretary-General U Thant left New York today for Geneva where he will open the Third Conference on the Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy.
