Farming for Development: Coffee Cultivation in Haiti

Newly harvested coffee beans being sorted on a farm in Chardinaire. Coffee is one of the principal crops of Haiti. With assistance from the UN Capital Development Fund, the farmers of Haiti have improved their production techniques in an effort to capture some of the lucrative foreign markets.
