Secretary-General Visits Southern Sudan

The Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) welcoming Secretary-General Kofi Annan to Juba in southern Sudan, as the Secretary-General is heading to Rumbek, to meet with the Chairman of SPLM, making good on a promise to visit southern Sudan once the comprehensive peace agreement was concluded.
