Security Council Hears Progress Report From Executive Chairman of UNMOVIC and Director General of IAEA

The Security Council hears a 60-day progress report from chief United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Iraq's UN mandated compliance with Resolution 1441. On Sunday, the weapons inspectors indicated that they are yet to find any proof of Iraq's alleged secret atomic weapons programme and would be informing the UN Security Council of this in Monday's update report.
