Security Council Hears U.S. Briefing on Evidence of Iraq's Arms Programme

A high-level meeting of the Security Council took place this morning to hear a statement by United States Secretary of State Colin Powell, who briefed the Council, including an audio visual presentation, concerning his country's evidence of Iraq's weapons programme.
