The United Nations Correspondents Association (UNCA) held it Annual A wards and Black Tie Dinner Dance this evening honouring the winners of the 2003 UNCA Elizabeth Neuffer Media Awards, and the UNCA/Ranan Lurie Prizes for political cartoons, as well as the first ""Sergio de Mello UNCA Citizen of the World Award"". George Soros, Keynote speaker and Chairman of the Open Society Institute (OSI), at this evening's award dinner.
