Keynote Address to Second and Third Committees by Director-General of International Labour Organization

A keynote address to the Second and Third Committees was made today by Juan Somavia, Director-General of the International Labour Organization, on the social dimensions of globalization. The meeting was co-chaired by Iftekhar Chowdhury, Chairman of the Second Committee, and a representative of the Chairman of the Third Committee.
