Secretary-General Kofi Annan travelled to Bolivia on November 12th, the last leg of his four-country Latin America trip. Mr. Annan (centre) with the President of Bolivia, Carlos D. Mesa Gisber, after having received the medal of the Grand Cross of the Condor of the Andes. At left is Nane Annan.
