Secretary-General Visits Bolivia

Secretary-General Kofi Annan traveled to Bolivia, on the last leg of his four-country trip to Latin America that includes visits to Chile, Ecuador and Peru. In Santa Cruz, Bolivia, he joined the Ibero-American Summit where he held bilateral meetings with Alvaro Uribe Velez, President of Colombia, Ricardo Maduro Joest, President of Honduras, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of Brazil, Hugo Chavez Frias, President of Venezuela, Jose Maria Aznar, Prime Minister of Spain, and Vicente Fox, President of Mexico.
