Secretary-General's Report on the UN Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission (UNIKOM)

The Security Council held consultations on Iraq today, based on the latest Secretary-General's report on the UN Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission (UNIKOM). Afterwards, several members of the Security Council spoke to the press.
Adolfo Aguilar Zinser, Permanent Representative of Mexico to the United Nations, and this month's President of the Security Council, addresses correspondents at the Security Council stakeout.
