Security Council Convenes to Discuss Iraq and Secretary-General's Report on the UN Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission (UNIKOM)

The Security Council held consultations on Iraq today, based on the latest Secretary-General's report on the UN Iraq-Kuwait Observer Mission (UNIKOM). Afterwards, several members of the Security Council spoke to the press.
